Of all the Governors of the four major oil producing States in the Niger Delta that receive the 13 percent derivation, Bayelsa State Governor Seriake Dickson has been rated the worst performing by a leading national newspaper, This Day. These States are Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers. In its midterm assessment of the governors, to mark the 2017 Democracy Day, ThisDay rated the other three governors very highly while Dickson was awarded the yellow marker, an insignia for pale and opaque performance. Dickson’s lacklustre performance recently came to the fore following his recent criticism of former President Goodluck Jonathan who he accused of having disappointed the Ijaw nation. I wish the success recorded in this indoor protest in all the south eastern states and some part of south south can be replicated in a protest vote come 2019 election, by mobilizing our people to go register and collect their PVC's.... Nnandi Kalu should be advised to change his ideology, Biafra actualization today still remain a mirage since there is no provision for referendum in our current constitution... We should channel more of this energy in clamoring and agitating for restructuring of Nigeria and encourage our people to go register and collect  their PVC's, which can be translated into a protest vote come 2019 election... 2019 election, South East and South South block votes will determines who will win the presidential election, since the two major political parties are shopping for there presidential candidates from the North.
